Wedding bells are ringing for Senator Cory Booker and his girlfriend. The long-time United States Senator from New Jersey is engaged to his girlfriend, Alexis Lewis. The Senator proposed to Lewis, and she said yes! Alexis Lewis is a real estate executive from Los Angeles and they two met when a mutual friend setup them up on a blind date in 2024.
Earlier this month, Senator Booker shared the joyful news on Instagram, posting a series of beautiful photos from his surprise beach-side proposal in Hawaii. In the heartfelt caption, he praised Alexis as “one of the greatest unearned blessings” of his life, expressing deep gratitude for the love and partnership they’ve built together.”
Furthermore, the groom-to-be didn’t hold back in celebrating his fiancée, describing her as someone who has helped him feel grounded, centered, and inspired.
