Nini & Tolu Civil Wedding Ceremony
Nini Enefola, Lagos brand influencer, fashion blogger, and House of Nini founder; celebrated her civil wedding to her Fiancé Tolu in style. Nini & Tolu’s civil wedding was a dream all white affair!
Nini transformed her home into an enchanted floral white wonderland for their ceremony with the help of Lagos’ top wedding planner, 2607events.
As Nini shared on Instagram, she met Tolu during their first year in college (over ten years ago) following her visit from Yola to Lagos, Nigeria, to see her aunt. Nini describes their relationship as having grown up together; deep-rooted in God and unshakable.
Nini credits Tolu for helping her to become the woman she is today. She also adds, “Tolu’s calmness, focus, determination, zeal and intelligence drew me closer to him each passing day. He is very patient. He saw what he wanted and worked his way out to achieve it. It took him some years, but he didn’t mind.”
As Nini celebrates her union with her hubby, she finds comfort knowing her mother approved of Tolu before she passed two years ago “I remembered the day Mom poured her heart and prayed for this day to come.” She knows her mother is looking down on her and will live in their hearts forever.
The Wardrobe Manager bridal styling company styled Nini and Tolu for their big day. Nini wore a clean line, custom ankle-length gown by designer Imadeduso Bridal; while Tolu wore outfits from David We J NG.
The all white affair also reflected in the decorations. The floral décor, cake, chairs, bridesmaids’ dresses, bridal robe, shoes were all in white colors. Including Nini’s one of a kind bridal bouquet; a mixture of preserved and fresh stems was also white color too.
